We have the latest for you on the release date, news and features of the Nexus 6. The world of Android is evolving at a fast rate with the latest information revolving around the release of the latest version of Android operating system i.e. The Android L (lollipop) 5.0. Google Tech Company has taken upon themselves to ease the tension in many people's minds as they announced that the latest version will come under the flagship release of Google Nexus 6, Forbes News reports.
It was leaked earlier that the new smartphone from Google would be developed by Motorola and would be launched the same time as the Nexus 9 tablet. Both devices will launch with the new Android OS version that is for sure, i.e. Android 5.0. Google have announced on their official web page that pre-orders of the devices is set to commence in two weeks' time on October 29th, with shipping of the devices to occur in November.
Great news as the Nexus flagship has taken to account all types of customers as it has been designed in two variants; the SIM -free variant and a carrier subsidized version will be availed to consumers. Well in regards to storage, customers have the opportunity to choose from 32GB and 64GB worth of storage, Forbes News further reported.
For lovers of the Android smart-Phone, one cannot skip to notice that the Nexus 6 is an upgrade from the recent Motorola Moto X design. In the previous year, Motorola Company gained a lot of sales from the Moto X smartphone which proved to be a huge success but the Lion share of their turn over last year was credited to the Moto G Phone. It was only in September that the company updated the versions of the phones released to Moto X 2014 and Moto G 2014 editions which launched alongside the Moto 360 Android wear powered smart watch. In both there was an increase in screen size from 4.7 to 5.2 inches.
