Meanwhile, a video clip in Los Angeles Times features Downey, Duvall, Dobkin, and producer Susan Downey. They discuss on how they settled out a compromise and an actor attempts to get Duvall's plate.
Actor Robert Downey Jr. spoke his thoughts on the movie in a statement in Variety. "The movie is entertaining and has great wit and great laughs from the beginning up until the end and in so much as that it's drama," he said. "I always say a drama has to be 30% comedy and a comedy has to be 30% drama - not to stick to those hard and soft rules," he added.
Meanwhile, there are already rumors that actor Robert Duvall will be nominated for Oscar awards for the film, as per Telegraph. The film's plot will effectively connect to people's deep emotions, particularly those who have an overwrought relationship with their parent.
