Darlene Zschech Plans to Record New Worship Live Album in November

Worship leader and songwriter Darlene Zschech will be recording her brand new worship album live at HopeUC in Australia on the first weekend of November. Zschech was the worship pastor of Hillong Church and she had fronted 21 of Hillsong Worship Live albums. She was also the first female worship leader commissioned to lead a worship album released by Integrity Music.
On social media, the writer of "Shout to the Lord" writes: "So incredibly blessed and excited.. Our first production meeting for new live album recording.. First week of November.. Aaahhhhhh!!! Thank you team.. Love you all to pieces.."
This new live worship album will be the follow-up to Zschech's In Jesus' Name: A Legacy of Worship and Faith which was released on February 10 from Integrity Music and with Provident Distribution this year. The 14-song album is a celebration of Zschech's ministry that chronicles from the start of Hillsong Worship's landmark album "Shout to the Lord" to some of Hillsong Live's biggest records including "Blessed" and "Mighty to Save" all the way to Zschech's 2013's solo worship live album "Revealing Jesus."
Over the years, Zschech has led one of worship music's best known team Hillsong Live. Together, they have sold 16 Gold and Pltinum albums and they have serviced the church with well-known anthems as "Shout To The Lord," "Worthy is the Lamb," "The Potter's Hand" and "In Jesus' Name."
Also included on the recording is Zschech's song, "My Highest Hope," which was written during her recent battle with cancer, the song. The song is a declaration that despite what our circumstances are, we have hope and victory in Jesus' name.
Pray to the Risen One
My highest Hope
I trust You with my life
Lord over every fear
Your love is holding me
"I KNOW that His love rests upon me like a warm, thick blanket that makes me feel SO comforted and safe no matter what is happening," blogs Zschech Dec. 31, 2014. "As I put my HOPE in Him, His love will engulf me, and I will be stolen away to a place no one else can go, because it's a place reserved for Him and me. There is a place in Christ designed just for you too. I KNOW that by His grace I can encourage others to seek first the Kingdom of God, with all they are, for evermore. Every day matters."
