Justin Bieber Shares Photos of Latest Tattoo; 'Love Yourself' Singer Becomes "More Spiritually Grounded"

Justin Bieber made the headlines over the weekend after sharing a look at his new tattoo with the pop star’s front torso being mostly covered by black ink. He took to Instagram and posted a photo of the freshly made body art, while his tattoo artist, Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy also shared extra images.
While Bieber’s new large tattoo covers his “Son of God” tattoo that apparently suggested his Christian faith, this latest body art seemingly retains a spiritual theme. While the shaded black ink gives the tattoo a dark design, it was also marked with arches similar to church buildings, skeletons, and gargoyles. The cross that covers the Canadian singer’s heart remains visible along with the bear and the lion- two of the tattoos he had gotten previously.
The 23-year-old singer’s first photo showed him in front of a mirror and highlighted his entire torso while the second image offered a close-up of his new ink.
As noted by People, Bieber has gotten at least 60 tattoos all over his body. '@justinbieber Thank you for the trust,' McCurdy wrote as caption for the Instagram post. '26 hours over 3 consecutive days is the most I've ever tattooed anyone in my 13 year career. You're tough as nails man!'

Bieber has taken some time off after recently postponing performances for his Purpose world tour. The “Love Yourself” singer shocked his fans at the time of his tour cancellation but explained that he needed some time for himself and that he aimed for his “mind heart and soul to be sustainable.”
After hitting this rough patch, Bieber is doing “much better” these days, as pointed out by a source close to the pop star.
“It was a really bad scene,” the insider told People. “He was just not himself. He was profoundly unhappy. Exhausted, low energy. He was just miserable. He needed to step back, recalibrate, and then figure out his next move.”
Aside from cancelling the remaining Purpose tour concerts, Bieber actively participated in his church. According to the insider, the process has made the “Sorry” singer “happier, more energetic.”
Bieber has come across controversial circumstances, including legal issues, since rising to fame in his early teenage years.
“Justin’s stuff got to a point where it was a problem,” his manager Scooter Braun told WSJ Magazine last month. “It was worse than people realized.”
Now, the insider believes that Bieber is coming out from a dark place and is on his way to becoming emotionally and spiritually stable.
“The difference is written all over his face. It’s beautiful to watch,” the source added.
