Walker Hayes' Seventh Child Dies Shortly after Birth

Country singer Walker Hayes' seventh child has died shortly after her birth. Walker revealed on social media that his newborn daughter Oakleigh Klover had died in the hospital after she was born.
"It is with great sadness that Laney and I share with you the news that our sweet Oakleigh Klover Hayes was born this morning at the hospital and now is safely in heaven," Hayes wrote in a statement posted on Twitter and Instagram. "Thank you for honoring our privacy as we grieve."
The statement also added that Hayes' upcoming appearances are canceled so he can spend time with his family. Walker and Laney Hayes share six other children together: three boys and three girls, ranging from ages 2 to 11.
Walker is known for his faith. Recently, he released an inspiring and emotional single simply entitled "Craig" (listen below):
