Listen to Francesca Battistelli's New Song "The Breakup Song" Here

GRAMMY® Award winner Francesca Battistelli has just released her brand new single "The Breakup Song." The song is not a kiss off to a former boyfriend. Rather, it's an ode of saying goodbye to fear and its crippling effects on our lives.
"The Breakup Song" is a powerful song that kicks fear to the curb. Co-written with MercyMe's Bart Millard and writer/producer David Garcia (Bebe Rexha, Florida Georgia Line, TobyMac), Battistelli says of her new single, "Fear is a universal struggle. We all deal with it in different ways, but it holds us back from truly living. I came to the point where I decided I wanted it out of my life for good. This song is my anthem, and I pray it encourages others to break up with fear too."
After taking some much-deserved time off of the road with her husband and four children, the GRAMMY®, GMA Dove®, and K-LOVE Fan Award winner could not be more excited to be sharing "The Breakup Song" with her fans. She is performing the song live today on NBC's "Today In Nashville" (11am CT, WSMV, Nashville), and is returning tonight to the Grand Ole Opry stage to share the song. She most recently appeared at the K-LOVE Fan Awards this past May where she took the stage with Cory Asbury to perform his hit song "Reckless Love."
Since her debut in 2008, Francesca Battistelli has earned a GRAMMY® Award, four GRAMMY® nominations, a Billboard Music nomination, six Dove Awards, and two K-LOVE Fan Awards. Battistelli has a RIAA Gold Certified Album, two Gold Certified Singles, two Billboard No. 1 albums, more than 1.8 million in album sales and nearly 3.5 million single downloads to date.
