Lauren Daigle Responds to Criticism for Performing on 'Ellen'

Lauren Daigle performed for Ellen DeGeneres and her audience last week. The performance was aired Wednesday where she performed her song "Still Rolling Stones" from her latest album, Look Up Child. The song was actually handpicked by DeGeneres.
However, some have criticized Daigle for appearing on a show with an openly-gay host. In an interview with WAY-FM Radio, Daigle responded by saying she has never hesitated when asked to perform on the show.
"I think the second we start drawing lines around which people are able to be approached and which aren't, we've already completely missed the heart of God," Daigle said.
She continued, "I don't have all the answers in life, but one thing I know is that I can't choose who I'm supposed to be kind too and who I'm not, because that's the mission right? Be who Christ was to everyone as well."
