The Gospel Coalition Invites All to “A Night of Lament for Racial Justice”

In response to the recent racial unrest across the nation, the Gospel Coalition is calling the church in prayer. On Saturday, June 20, please make plans to join them online at 7 p.m. EDT for "A Night of Lament for Racial Justice." This is an invitation to all Christians and churches around the world to join together in guided prayer and song.
Julius Kim, its president, writes: "Like you, I have been grieved in recent weeks by the ongoing effects of racial injustice in our nation. As part of The Gospel Coalition family, I have been praying and planning with other leaders about how we can support you and your church during this trying time.
So, in keeping with TGC's theological vision for ministry-especially our commitments to countercultural community and doing justice and mercy-we're inviting you to pray with us and believers from around the world. There are many ways Christians can respond to injustice, but one response we should never neglect or minimize is prayer."
The Gospel Coalition plasn to simulcast this event Saturday, June 20 at 7:00 p.m. EDT on The Gospel Coalition's website, Youtube Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and Periscope.
