Mike Mains & The Branches plan for the new album after releasing their record Home, two years ago. As independent artist, Mike Mains & The Branches now run a project to fund their upcoming record.
Mike Mains & The Branches, "This is the next step in our musical journey. However, it’s a bit of a scary step because we have decided to, once again, become an independent artist. That means we no longer have a record label funding anything we do. Notta. No more Mr. Moneybags to help us anymore. However, we feel like we’ve always had a close relationship with our fans, which is why we ultimately made the decision to use PledgeMusic to release this album."
