VaShawn Mitchell to Release First Christmas Project December 11

Accomplished singer-songwriter and chart-topping artist VaShawn Mitchell celebrates this holiday season with the release of HOME FOR CHRISTMAS, a 6-track Christmas EP featuring all original music. HOME FOR CHRISTMAS is available for pre-order today, and releases digitally everywhere December 11.
Mitchell, well-known for bridging the gap between worship and praise, brings his signature flair to holiday music on HOME FOR CHRISTMAS.
While we continue to grapple with 2020 and the global pandemic, and literally be 'home' for Christmas, this project gives us music for every holiday occasion. Mitchell reminds us of the ultimate Gift of Jesus, and His hope and love given to us on Christmas.
The project starts off with a lively and energetic dance track, "Here Comes Jesus," and of course includes the quintessential 'VaShawn Mitchell sound' on "City of David," and "Lifted Up." HOME FOR CHRISTMAS containing two exciting guest features, Maranda Curtis on "My Help," and a tender duet with Chanté Moore on "Home With You," this project will be a holiday staple for years to come.
Fans will receive both "Lifted Up," and "Home With You," for immediate download when HOME FOR CHRISTMAS is pre-ordered or pre-saved: Here.
Mitchell offers a sneak peek of the album on his one-hour Sirius XM Christmas special, "Vashawn Mitchell spends A Real Christmas at Home with You" on Kirk Franklin's Praise Ch. 64. The special runs all weekend long on December 5.
The EP releases digitally everywhere on December 11 when Mitchell will celebrate the release with a virtual live concert at www.homeforchristmasconcert.com. Details and more information on ticket prices, VIP packages and more can be found online.
