Here Are the Lyrics and Audio of Seventh Day Slumber's "What I've Become"

One of Christian rock music's most consistent acts Seventh Day Slumber (SDS) is back with their latest single "What I've Become." The main section of the song speaks about the depravity of sin and our inability to save ourselves. It's only at the outro, SDS comes brilliantly in to tell us the Gospel of how only Jesus can save us.
SDS have been in existence for more than two decades. Seventh Day Slumber's front man, Joseph Rojas is the creator of the City RockFest, Summer RockFest, and small America Tours. He is also the founder and president of RockFest Records, which is the home of Random Hero, Fireflight, The Protest, Zahna, The Persuaded, Silversyde, and Amongst the Giants.
Here are the lyrics and audio:
[Verse 1]
Another night I'm all alone
Peeling my skin down to the bone
My eyes becoming bloodshot
From the hands around my throat
I regurgitate myself
So I can eat it up again
I've got an appetite for self-abuse
The story never ends
[Chorus]
Sometimes I build myself up
So I can tear me down again
I never thought I'd get this low
I hate what I've become
[Verse 2]
Pushing myself until I break
Until my body starts to shake
The game is see just how much I can take
Before I fade away
I trace my scars
To remind me, a trail
Becoming numb
[Chorus]
Sometimes I build myself up
So I can tear me down again
I never thought I'd dig this low
I hate what I've become
[Breakdown]
Breaking down again
Breaking me
This weight is like an avalanche
Breaking down again
Crushing me
This weight feels like an avalanche
[Chorus]
Sometimes I build myself up
So I can tear me down again
I never thought I'd get this low
I hate what I've become
[Outro]
Running from the pain
God, am I too late
Oh, come and open up my eyes
I give it all to you tonight
Starting to wear thin
Make me whole again
These chains have kept me here too long
I'm coming home where I belong
