Introducing the New Gospel Trio Hebron Road
Alan Monk, Rick Briscoe and Jarrod Monk make up the new Gospel trio Hebron Road. Bringing their best in content and production, Hebron Road will release their debut album, In A Moment, with StowTown Records on March 18. The new album showcases pitch-perfect unison and glorious harmonies akin to what we anticipate hearing around that throne. The focus throughout is praise to God.
Friend and songwriter Michael Neale (Natalie Grant, Michael W. Smith, Kutless, Shane & Shane) contributes three songs or arrangements to the album and producer Keith Everette Smith (Tasha Layton, Danny Gokey, Charles Billingsley) co-wrote two additional songs. For this debut, Hebron Road recorded their version of Crowder's "All My Hope" and Lauren Daigle's "You Say" bringing these contemporary songs into the church sanctuary. These expressions of worship are truly inspirational and appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
Alan, Rick and Jarrod first sang the musical feature, "O Holy Night" as a trio in Prestonwood Baptist Church's The Gift of Christmas musical, which drew about 75,000+ people. The trio's appearance became a repeated feature every year and was also highlighted in the 2020 Prestonwood Christmas television broadcast, A Joyous Hope, viewed by hundreds of thousands all over the world.
Little did they know, when performing together as a Christmas trio, a new vocal ministry - Hebron Road - would soon become official. With encouragement and support from their Pastor, Dr. Jack Graham as well as from Lead Worship Pastor, Michael Neale, Hebron Road began to lead more frequently as an official trio and quickly started work on their first recording project, a long-held dream for each of them. They always loved singing and ministering together and wanted to be good stewards of their gifts and new ministry opportunity at Prestonwood and beyond.
In addition to regular Prestonwood services and The Gift of Christmas, this modern inspirational trio has now sung in various churches, events and most recently at the iconic Grand Ole Opry.
