For the fans and lovers of the Mortal Kombat game, there is some good news for you finally. At long last, NetherRealm Studio has confirmed the release date of the next Mortal Kombat X game. It is expected to have all formats including the xbox one and PS4 and it has been confirmed that it will be available in 2015.
The creative director of the game, Ed Boone, has through his twitter account let us known that the new game will be called Mortal Kombat 10. The trailer of the game was seen during the announcement and it showed a battle between Sub Zero and Scorpion showing how the game would actually look like in the new technology, which is quite different from the last games released. It was announced that Mortal Kombat 10 will be available in 2015 for all the platforms including xbox one, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and the PC. It is reported that there will be more information revealed during the E3 2014 event.
It is said that the Mortal Kombat X combines the cinematic presentation with the all-new gameplay to bring the most unique and most brutal Kombat experience ever, which will offer the players a new fully connected experience. It will also launch players into a persistent online contest where each fighter matters in the battle of supremacy. For the first time ever, Kombat gives players the ability to choose from multiple variations of each character which will impact both strategy and fighting style. Players step into an original story which will show some of the most prolific characters including Sub-Zero and Scorpion while new challengers will be introduced which represent the forces of good and evil and tie the tale together.
A press release for the game also made it known that the video game versions to be released for Mortal Kombat 10 will also include versions for the Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC games. It is said that the Mortal Kombat 10 will be different in terms of technology and the gaming strategy.
