Luke Wareham and Hopestream Worship Release "Let All I Am (Praise the Lord)"

Hopestream Worship and Luke Wareham have come together to release a new upbeat song of praise 'Let all I am (Praise the Lord)'. Sue and Polly from Hopestream Worship met Luke over breakfast at a New Wine Worship Leader's retreat earlier this year. They realised they all live quite close in sunny Somerset and arranged to meet up! On a Tuesday in June they got together and had a song written in the first hour. Ben part of the Hopestream band worked his magic and production was well underway by lunchtime! It felt like they had been friends for ages when they met again in July to record vocals.
The song 'Let all I am (Praise the Lord)' is a declaration to trust God, seek His will and follow God's way - based on Proverbs 3:5-6: 'Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take'. The chorus to the song is a response inspired by Psalm 104 which starts and ends with 'Let all that I am, praise the Lord'.
Luke says 'Proverbs 3:5-6 has been really speaking to me over the past few months in my own life and has been a verse that I have been praying over the young people I work with and at various youth events around the UK. We felt we should write an upbeat catchy worship song that would allow us to put our trust in God and to let all we are praise him! It was a great day with the Hopestream worship team and this song came out of that. We pray that this song would help you to put all your trust in God'.
Hopestream Worship and Luke Wareham will be sharing the song as they lead worship at Creation Fest and New Wine this week. We hope you enjoy singing along!
