'Chicago Fire' NBC Season 3 Release Date, Spoilers, Watch New Trailer Here (VIDEO)
"Chicago Fire" Season 3 is just over a month away from premiering on NBC and they have released a brand new trailer, which you can check out above.
"Chicago Fire" Season 3 is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, September 23rd at 10/9c on NBC.
The Season 3 finale of "Chicago Fire" left on a huge cliffhanger as we saw most of the crew of Firehouse 51 in a building after a call when a big explosion hit. It has been confirmed that someone won't make it out alive and we know that Casey has ongoing health problems recently. His memory has an issue since his concussion and he was risking still being a firefighter. Casey was in the building when the explosion happen, so if he does make it, he will surely have more medical conditions to work through.
However, executive producer Matt Olmstead spoke to TVGuide about Season 3 and what is in store. "Casey has chosen to continue on with this injury that could, down the road, rear its ugly head for sure," he said "But in light of the devastation of this collapse, it puts into perspective what he has in terms of counting your blessings, essentially. It could always be worse."
"Chicago Fire" is created by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas and produced by Dick Wolf. The show follows the lives of the firefighters and paramedics working at the Chicago Fire Department at the firehouse of Engine 51, Truck 81, Squad 3, Ambulance 61 and Battalion 25. The firehouse shown is Engine 18's quarters, located at 1360 S. Blue Island Ave. between 13th & Racine.
The series originally premiered on October 10, 2012. On March 19, 2014, NBC renewed the series for a third season.
