Halo 5 Release Date, Reveals and Reviews: 343 Industries Tell Fans to Wait Until 2015 for the Game Release While Beta Version is Coming out End of Year
Microsoft teased about the release of Halo 5: Guardians at the electronic entertainment expo which was in 2013. 343 Industries is responsible for the game and has confirmed that the game will not be out until sometime in 2015. The placeholder date has been set for the game is December 31st next year with a price of $60, to the point they can tell us when the real date for the game release will be. The Beta version has been prepped to be released by the end of the year. the sequel to the game after the events of Halo 4, with the Master Chief defeating Didact and reporting back to the UNSC. The cover art for the game showed a blue-visored Spartan with a mirror image of a Master Chief below him.
This character was thought to be the robot version of Cortana or Sarah Palmer; however, the executive producer of 343 industries, Josh Holmes, dispelled the rumors. Apparently, all of the speculation by people on social media on the identity of the visored Spartan is incorrect. He is going to be a new character. There are also reports that the game is going to exclusively launch on the X Box One with PS4 yet to be confirmed. 343 Industries is currently looking for a senior producer who will also help develop a new product line for Halo. This is sparking some speculation that there is going to be a possible X Box One as well as PS4 spinoff being worked on at the present.
343 Industries is going with a different approach because they want the new installment in the franchise to be something that the players want and deserve. In order to get the level of perfection that is needed, the company has planned to get as much data as possible during the beta process and this feedback will be used to make some changes.
