Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Release Date, Reveals and Spoilers: Kevin Spacey to Perform Role of Corporate Overlord in the New Installment
The latest installment of call of duty which is titled, advanced warfare is slated to be released on X Box One and 360, PC, Wii U, PS3, as well as PS4 on November 4th this year. Apparently in the upcoming game there is an almost unnoticeable crossed tally marking which are near the right of the analog stick. This is a marking familiar to those who play the zombie modes from the previous small of duty installments such as World at War. At the time, Activision and Sledgehammer have not revealed anything about the game so it is just conjecture at this time.
The plot of the game is supposed to kick off in the year 2054 when there is a global terrorist attack on many nuclear reactors across the world. This leads to the rise of several private military companies that act as security like Atlas Corporation. This is going to be led by the power hungry Jonathan Irons who will be illustrated in a voice and motion capture performance by the talented Kevin Spacey. The game developers state that it is a huge change from the traditional and the realistic shooter experience of the previous call of duty franchises.
Similarly, unlike the previous installments of the game, the player will only be able to see the viewpoint of a single character in this installment, called Private Mitchell. This is a soldier that is recruited into the Atlas organization through the boss's son, Will. According to Bret Robbins, who is the creative director of the game, the objective is to tell a single story. Everyone that plays the game is going to experience that same story. However, the display of the weaponry and combat methods during the trailer of the game play had some mixed reactions. Some were of the opinion that it was similar to Titanfall, available on X Box One. Some of these weapons include the exo suits which enhance abilities, as well as the much more powerful and accurate assault rifles.
