Blacklist Season 2 Spoilers, Reveals, Rumors and Review: Mozhan Marno, Mary-Louise Parker and Krysten Ritter to be Cast in the New Installment
The latest reports for the season series suggest that there is a new female antagonist who will be available for the new season. Apparently, this will be Mozhan Marno from House of Cards who will play Tamar Katzman as a former agent with Mossad and an expert in field craft that is going to prove a problem for Red in some capacities. It is also reported that Red is going to bear the brunt of her wrath join his team on account that there is a slot missing especially after the death of Meera Malick when her throat was slit in the first installment.
The end of the first season was a bit cataclysmic especially after the introduction of Berlin, the spymaster into the story when he dramatically entered with a crash-land diversion. It would be safe to say the second season will concentrate on the battle between Red and Berlin and he certainly needs everyone on his side especially after the scathing attack that was dealt on the team in the first season. Some of the additions to the new season include MARY-Louise Parker known for her role in weeds and Krysten Ritter. According to media sources Naomi Hyland, who is a beautiful and strong woman who happens to be hiding a dark secret from her husband. According to the reports she and Reddington go way back which should not be surprising given that Red has history with almost everyone in the show.
The other thing is that we have to consider in the new installment of the series is if Tom is alive. In the previous installment we were left hanging because his body was not where he fell, meaning he might have crawled to safety, even if he was wounded. The other thing is about Elizabeth's history and whether she will find out the truth about her father. Both tom and Red have conflicting stories about this, so it should be interesting to see how it turns out.
