Slipknot '.5: The Gray Chapter' Album Release Date: October 21 Confirmed, 'The Devil In I' And 'The Negative One' Topping Billboard Chart
The much awaited Slipknot's '.5:The Gray Chapter' album is now officially confirmed for release on October 21, 2014 as published in CNN.com. Slipknot is also set to kick off their upcoming Prepare for Hell tour.
The Gray Chapter album is also available to fans on iTunes for pre-order. The two songs 'The Devil In I' and 'The Negative One' are gaining fast popularity. The songs have already claimed the top spot on Billboard's chart reaching the number 1 position. This is a great achievement for the band. Both the band and tracks are the most trending topics online in US and on the Twitter.

What better can it be for the fans. And for those who are knew to the band. This is for you. Slipknot is an American heavy metal band from Des Moines, Iowa. The band was established in 1995 by Shawn Crahan and Paul Gray and later became a 9 member group. The current team includes Shawn Crahan, Craig Jones, Mick Thomson, Corey Taylor, Sid Wilson, Chris Fehn and Jim Root after the exit of Joey Jordison, Paul Gray, Josh Brainard, Brandon Darner, Greg Welts, Anders Colsefni and Donnie Steele. Gray died on May 24, 2010 with a possible overdose of morphine and fentanyl as per the reports.
The first song in the six years was released on August 1 titled 'The Negative One' along a with a music video without actually featuring band members. Slipknot has also revealed the new album title covers, photos and music videos for the 2 tracks. Fans can get to see them live in action in their upcoming tour 'Prepare for Hell' starting October 25 at Knot Fest, San Bernardino, CA.
