Hilary Duff New Album: The Wait Stretches Longer As The Singer Delays The Release
In some unfortunate news for her fans, singer Hilary Duff has delayed the release of her new album by a few months. It may be recalled that initially the album was supposed to come out on 14th October. This would have had been her first music album since the 2007 album - 'Dignity'.
Her fans have already waited seven years for a new album and now it looks like they would have to stretch the wait by a few more months. Hilary broke the news on the popular social media microblogging site Twitter and said that, she was sorry about the delay, but at the same time she was excited about all the euphoria that the album had generated.
The excitement about her new album has reached a crescendo all because she release a single from the album - 'Chasing the Sun' in July. It was followed by a lyric-video for 'All About You', which was released in August. Since it will be her first musical outing in seven years, so the excitement about the new album is understandably high.
Hilary's personal life has recently seen a lot of strife and turmoil following the separation from her husband Mike Comrie. She and Mike are parents to their son Luca, who was born in 2012. Things are more amicable now between the couple, as they are now friends and co-parent their darling son together.
She revealed in an interview that earlier the album was dark and heavy because of the separation, but as she recovered with the heartbreak, the album took on a more sunny perspective.
