Captain America 2 Release Date: Blu-Ray Release Date by September 9, Captain America's Hawkeye's Part was Cut
It seems that the greatest archer of Marvel's can't catch an excellent break to franchise a film. Jeremy Renner, real name Clint Barton signed the role for Hawkeye years ago. So, from cameo appearance in the movie Thor to the 'zombified' role in the movie Avengers and next year, The Avenger: Age of Ultron, he will finally getting a 'little' attention. In fact, according to some rumors, he will be getting an important part in Captain America 3 by 2016.
Actually, this year's Captain America: The Winter Soldier he had a part on the movie but because the role was just minor according to Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus, writers of the said movie the sequence was cut. Now, if you got the chance to grab a copy of Blu-ray which will be available on September 9, 2014 you will know from audio commentary that one key sequence was deleted in which Hawkeye was a part of it.
The Captain America 2 and 3 directors Joe Russo and Anthony said that if the epic plan failed for Renner they will surely get an excellent plan for him. Because of the deleted scene there are too many questions being raised and are actually demanding for an answer with too many speculations are being spread in the internet.
Joe Russo, one of the directors explained on that when the Cap went rogue, there is an archer chasing after him:
"What it was going to be, we were trying to complicate the relationship between Cap and his S.H.I.E.L.D agent friends. If Hawkeye got a call from S.H.I.E.L.D saying Captain America is a fugitive, would he listen to that call or not listen to that call? That sequence actually was heartbreaking for us to cut it. I think it ultimately might have been a conflict with Renner's schedule."
However, there is a twist here!
"But there was a great sequence where Hawkeye was chasing Cap through Washington D.C. There was an awesome sequence where they confronted each other in a ravine on the outskirts of D.C. and Hawkeye was shooting a series of arrows closing in on Cap, Cap closing in on him. And then Cap took him down and he realized for the first time that Hawkeye was trying to trick S.H.I.E.L.D, where he whispered something into Cap's ear that Cap had a tracker on his suit and to punch Hawkeye to make it look real, because there was a Quinjet hovering above where they were watching the feedback back at S.H.I.E.L.D."
