Dancing with the Stars Season 19: Judges Return, Contestants Revealed
The new season of Dancing with the Stars is set to premiere on September 15. Viewers can expect great dance performances once again, as well as more revelation both from the contestants and the judges. Erin Andrews, along with Tom Bergeron, will return to host the show. Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, and Bruno Toniolo will also be back as judges. Joining them are two-time champion Julianne Hough and Bandleader Ray Chew.
Last August 13 on Good Morning America, the 12 professional partners were revealed. Among them were Cheryl Burke, Karina Smirnoff, Tony Dovolani, and Valentin Chmerkovsky. On August 27, Sharna Burgess was added to the roster of contestants. Other celebrity partners were also announced last September 4.
Allison Holker, a former contestant in season two of So You Think You Can Dance, will debut as a professional in this season of DWTS. She will be with Derek Hough and 18 other troupe members. Unfortunately, viewers will not see Henry Byalikov and Maksim Chmerkovsky this season.
