Blackberry Passport Release Date: A Tablet With A Keyboard 

It is quite obvious that many would prefer an iPhone or a Samsung Galaxy over a Blackberry. However, with the Blackberry Passport, it seems that there are also quite a number of people who would now prefer having a Blackberry over an iPhone or a Samsung Galaxy.

As the newest addition to its product line, Blackberry ensures that the Passport could rival the Android and the iOS. Its biggest advantage though, is its battery. Since the device is big, one can expect that it has a higher battery capacity than its rival phones.   

The Passport has a physical keyboard and touchpad on its 4.5-inch display. Other features of the Passport include a 3GB RAM, 13MP rear camera, 3450mAh battery and a 1440x1440 pixel resolution. The screen is a large square, so users won't have to choose between landscape and portrait orientations any longer. Since it has a wider screen, users will find it more convenient to use when looking at spreadsheets and other work-related applications.

Set to be released on September 24, many consumers are excited to finally have their hands on the device. A launch event would be held in London, Toronto and Dubai simultaneously, but no special guests are invited like before. However, fans can expect that the event would be extravagant and classy as always.

Blackberry has always provided high-quality products to the consumers, and it is without a doubt that the Passport is an continuation of this legacy. The Passport is very different from other high-end mobile phones, and has features that only it could have. 

All-in-all, the Blackberry Passport is a device that has many features that are perfect for the work force. The only disadvantage to this is its size, as it might not fit most pockets due to its size.  

Whether this can make Blackberry return to the smartphone game remains to seen.
