Chris Pratt News 2014: Chris Patt, Guardians of Galaxy Star Reveals Weird Ways to Stay 'Grounded', Pratt Stole A Jacket!
Chris Pratt, Guardians of the Galaxy star is considered as one of the biggest stars in Hollywood. Despite his fame, he humbly said that he doesn't want this to affect his personal life. Being "too Hollywood" for him is a big no-no.
Asked if he's aware of his fame, he said yes. His $300 million box office movie "Guardians of the Galaxy," cinched his popularity across the world. However, he doesn't have any intention of letting fame get into his head and act like other Hollywood actors. Hence, he makes sure he stay grounded all the time.
With paparrazzi following him everywhere now, it is so easy for him to let his popularity affect who he is. Fortunately, he makes sure he does not. "I'll do my best. If I ever get too Hollywood my brother will just like find me and fart on me or something," he shared to the Mirror.
Meanwhile, there are reporters and fans that see Chris Pratt slowly emulating Tom Hanks, famous and yet grounded.
The star of Parks and Recreation shared that he stay humble by visiting doing charitable works. He once visited the Los Angeles Children's Hospital wearing his very own Guardians of the Galaxy costume. He considered such visit very special as he made his young fans happy. On the hospital, while sporting his Peter Quill costume, he talked and signed signatures for his young fans.
Last month, he admitted that he intentionally stole the jacket of his costume. "I stole the jacket and some of the wardrobe so that, if this movie comes out and does what everyone hopes it can, I can follow the example of someone - say, like, a Russell Wilson [QB for the Seattle Seahawks] - and go visit kids. If it was a big enough movie to where it would mean something to a kid who's sick in the hospital for Peter Quill or Star-Lord to come visit them, I'll do that," he said.
This goes to show that Pratt already has this idea of visiting kids even before the movie went big. Goes to show how big of a heart he has.
