The movie will be produced by Kelvin Feige while Christopher Markus and Stephen McFreely once again are behind the writing of the screenplay.
Marvel revealed the news of a possible Captain America 3 after Captain America: The Winter Soldier produced a record-breaking debut in April's Box office opening. Proving indeed that the Marvel film franchise is truly a 'hot solo-movie commodity' according to how Screen Rant put it.

He talked about how the archer character he depicts can work well with jumping around which can be incorporated well with the marvel superhero movie.
He was asked whether captain America 3 would see Hawkeye appearing but he only said that maybe he could appear. "I'm happy to be ensemble. I'm not scratching or clawing to do a solo movie by any means. I think he's a utility guy that can bounce around into other people universes a little bit, especially like 'Cap 3'," he told MTV News.
However, in another report, the directors expressed their disappointment since they said that Hawkeye would not appear in Captain America 3 though they said he would have been a perfect addition to the franchise but due to some an avoidable circumstances he might not feature.
The movie is set to be released in cinemas on May 6th 2016.
