Xiaomi Mi 4: Crushing Force Against iPhone 6, Galaxy S5, Xperia Z3

Xiaomi Mi 4: Crushing Force Against iPhone 6, Galaxy S5, Xperia Z3
People don't always get great quality and cheap price at the same time with most smartphones, but there's an exception when it comes to Xiaomi products.
Xiaomi's Mi 3 was a huge success in China and it continued making waves outside China's shores. The same thing could be said with Xiaomi Mi 4. Their models are one of those underrated handsets, which will put companies like Apple, Samsung and Sony to shame.
This chinese-owned company previously made some serious presence in the mobile scene. Xiaomi, dubbed as the "Apple" of China, once again, has an answer to Sony's Xperia Z3 and potentially, even with Galaxy S5 or iPhone 6, Business Today In reports.
Xiaomi Mi 3 was a solid performer on its time and it even managed to stay on the top of popular benchmarking sites like Antutu Benchmark Rankings.
Xiaomi Mi 4 is a serious smartphone for consumers looking for a high-end handset without having to spend too much. It is available for $399 right now in Xiaomi's official product page.
Typically, you'd get something in the mid-range category like Asus Zenfone 5, Nexus 5 or Motorola Moto X. These are probably the best in their category, but not in their price range since Xiaomi Mi 4 offers a lot more.
Xiaomi Mi 4, according to GSM Arena, is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 Chipset with a Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 processor. This is the exact same chipset and processor for Sony's Xperia Z3 as seen in this comparison by Phone Arena.
Both Xiaomi Mi 4 and Xperia Z3 have a much better processor when compared to Samsung's Galaxy Note 3, which only has Snapdragon 800. It also has 3 GB of RAM, just like most premium handsets and a very high pixel density of 441 ppi.
While having a less superior rear camera of 13-megapixel, Xiaomi Mi 4's rear camera features a fast f/1.8 aperture lens, which means brighter and sharper photos even in low light. This beats Xperia Z3's f/2.0 and Galaxy Note 3's f/2.2.
It is also capable of recording 4K videos at 30 fps and 1080p at 60 fps. Another notable feature is that Mi 4 also has an 8-megapixel front facing camera. This is something you never see on common smartphones. Not even on high-end ones.
Galaxy Note 3 costs around $500 right now and Xperia Z3 comes around $650. Looking at the prices of these phones, getting the Xiaomi Mi 4 is a no brainer, especially for those who don't mind getting used to its own MIUI (similar to iOS) interface and the less popular Xiaomi brand.
