Most Awaited Apple Watch Debuts On Vogue China
As per report from Forbes, the device that Tim Cook dubbed as "the next chapter in Apple's story," the Apple Watch, debuts on the cover of Vogue China. The move makes sense according to Fortune since China is currently the world's largest market for mobile devices, and of course Vogue is a globally recognized brand when it comes to fashion. If Apple is trying to send a message, well, it was received loud and clear. Apple used to make its debuts on famous magazines in the U.S., but this time the tech giant decided it's time to shake things up a little bit.
But fans will have to wait until next year to get their hands on the Apple Watch. In an interview with Angelica Cheung, it was revealed that the watched will be available in several designs. Cheung said, "I saw the watches and thought they looked rather good; some are sporty and others are very classic and elegant." She also added that the watch had many functions that are going to be useful in our day to day activities. With that being said, it seems that Apple really does have a winner in its hands - a fashionable wearable gadget.
Cheung also said that Apple managed to combine "technology, style and functionality." But what does it really do? As cited by Techradar, Apple watch has the capacity to show users' messages, social media updates and even talk to Siri. It will eliminate the need to constantly check mobile devices. It's great news for Apple users especially iPad and iPhone 6 Plus users. There's no need to fit that iPhone 6 device in your pocket anymore or to constantly bring iPad out of your bag.
Aside from the basics, other apps are also going to be included in the Apple Watch such as iMessage, Health, Calendar, Weather, Mail, and Photos.
With different designs and functionality, it seems that Apple Watch is going to be the holy grail when it comes to wearable gadgets. Apple assures users that Apple Watch is going to be durable. The device is made from stainless steel and aluminum - strong enough to endure the demands of daily wear.
