Shutter Island TV Series: What Should Definitely Be There?
Shutter Island TV Series: What Should Definitely Be There?
Although it's quite early to come up with a Shutter Island TV Series release date or anything concrete like that, we do have a prequel series confirmation from The Hollywood Reporter. This series will be named 'Ashecliffe' and is being scripted by Dennis Lehane, who has also authored the novel 'Shutter Island' on which Martin Scorsese's film was made by the same name. This classy thriller was released in the year 2010 and has kept fans and critics scratch and match few puzzle pieces ever since.
Paramount and HBO have now joined hands to make 'Ashecliffe' as intriguing as the novel and film. This prequel series will uncover the drama at the isolated criminal asylum. There is definitely every incentive for the fans with Lahane writing the script and Scorsese directing the pilot episode.
But what can you expect with a prequel? Don't you need a sequel instead? While we don't have much Shutter Island TV Series news on what events this prequel will feature, there are certain things that you can look forward to.
Teddy Daniels and Dr. Cawley: First Encounter
Will this prequel series feature Teddy? It's difficult to predict what Lahane is planning to come up with but we'd definitely want to discover what happens when these two meet first. (In the movie, there was tension with role-play treatment. What was it like before that?)
Were there any lobotomies?
Throughout the movie, Leonardo DiCaprio's character is looking for evidence on lobotomies in the lighthouse and from what we've seen so far, it seems unlikely that there are any. However, many theories suggest otherwise. Will Shutter Island TV Series cast reveal anything? If it's there in the prequel series, we are all ears, or eyes.
What is Ashecliffe?
An isolated mental hospital? An experiment centre for some sort of terrorist activity? What exactly is Ashecliffe? We'd expect the makers to play around with the subject a little but there should be an answer towards the end of this drama.
While you ponder upon these questions, suggestions, and theories about Shutter Island TV Show, watch some videos and read some thoeries on the film's paradox.
