Samsung Mega 2 Release Date, Price and Phone Specifications, Latest Update: Samsung Mega 2 Quiet Launching on Asian Countries
Samsung gadgets fans will be pleased to know that the company's latest smartphone of the company's mega phablet line-up have quietly been launched in various Asian countries last week. As such, previews of the device have been circulating the internet about what this device has to offer for the table. So what can we expect from this latest phablet?
Let us tackle first the phone's current specifications. Many have noted that it is undeniably a robust device as it comes with a quad-core 1.4 GHz Exynos chip. The device remains at 6-inches but with an upgrade to 720p LTE, providing the current fastest internet connection. It has a 400MP GPU which can manage low screen resolution and a faux leather back panel similar to the one that was introduced in Samsung Note 3.
Samsung Mega 2 remains familiar as it comes with the same software including the split-screen multi-window support. The rear camera is up to 8MP and is made even better with HDR mode included in the package. The samples taken to test the quality of the camera shows pictures filled with vibrant colors and good dynamic range.
At present, Samsung Mega 2 is being sold at various Asian countries for $300 and is expected to be launched in even more Asian regions in the next months. As for news of its release on Western countries, there are no word yet coming from Samsung but we are hoping and thinking that the wait would not take a year.
